Atopic eczema needs a new name, its an uncuravle disease which makes life with no cure and is pretty much forgotten/unknown to everyone

new research is finding that most skin conditions are related to a vitamin D deficiency which is why most people suffer more in the winter months. try supplementing vitamin D3.

    I had it full-blown …
I had it full-blown all over my scalp and face, arms, etc. It was a nightmare. Doctors told me it was forever and I could only keep it in check with steroid cremes and shampoos. I did my own research for months and tried tons of homemade remedies that really didn’t do much other than drain my wallet. I came across Dr. Sandra Cabot’s website and called their office, told them what was going on, etc. and long story short, I went on her Liver Cleansing Diet and now it’s all gone. Give it a try.

I hate having eczema, I’m 26, never had it before, and now all of a sudden I’ve got it on my scalp, legs elbows and my PALMS which is SOOO bad.
I really think I would give up a limb just to get rid of this forever.
And the stupid doctors too because they just want to give me more skin-thinning steroids and a greazy moisturizer. Fuck.

Check out Dr. Sandra Cabot’s website. I had eczema all over my face, scalp, neck, hands, and arms. Thanks to her 12-week liver cleanse, everything has cleared up. Steroid cremes and shampoo’s are a dead-end and don’t treat the problem, just the symptom – and the long-term effects from using them can be damaging. Good luck.

I’ve had it on my hands for probably near ten years now. I have a prescription for betaderm but I think all it does it thin the skin because after a day or two the skin peels off but then the eczema grows back under the new skin! I get the kind with little bubbles under the skin. It’s gross.

you are so true my freind, natural cure is to not shower until u feel like its completely gone away. it might take three weeks or more for some people to cure. Its obvious; either get better without showers or get worst with showering

How do you know? Eczema can be caused by lots of things whether it’s the sun, the air, materials such as poison ivy or harsh metals, or allergens!! That has nothing to do with the liverr!!

eczema sucks. i’ve had it flaring up for about 3 years now, and it’s finally going away. i take lukewarm showers, with a blast of cold at the end, apply moisturizer to my wet skin (don’t dry off from shower with towel), no more tight pants, get some sun, and no more itching. btw, costco has hydrocortisone for 5.45 for 4 bottles. that’s like 8 times cheaper than cortizone 10. works just as well =] i feel free agian! haha good luck to you all.

  13. BJamesThompson Says:

yeah, if you use cortizone a lot, it will start to thin out your skin. it’s not permanent though, just hydrate that skin with rich moisturizers and eventually it will go away. i had the same problem.

    Eczema, dermatitis, …
Eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis, whatever skin condition you have – it all comes down to toxicity in your body, namely your liver. I highly recommend reading Dr. Sandra Cabot’s book (or visit her website) “The Liver Cleansing Diet”. Also a series of liver flushes will help rid you of these toxins at no cost to you, other than the few ingredients which you probably already have at home. Andreas Moritz book, “The Liver & Gallbladder Miracle Cleanse” is an excellent resource. The answers are there.

Cortisone don’t cause white spots though. Its just a moisturizer and a anti-inflammatory. Is what causes white spots is scarring from the skin becoming dehydrated and damaged from eczema.

I’m going to try to keep a food log, like a list of things that I eat per day, etc… and I’m going to update it regularily, so when I eat something I log it and if I get a flare up I look at the list and I try to eat that again to see if that’s what causing it, but I’m going to try to do the same with clothes, and things like shampoos, detergent, etc. I need to figure out whats the cause of my flare ups, I will also consult an allergist and do some tests.
