are there any home products used to cure Feline Herpes Conjunctivitis?

we have several kittens with extremely infected eyes and cant afford to purchse special meds to treat it. we were wondering if there are any "home products" that can possibley help to cure them.
If you cannot afford meds from a pet supply store, I don’t know of any household product that will cure viral conjunctivitis in kittens. Good luck.
