what FOODS to avoid when herpes breakout?
Posted by: admin : Category: Herpes breakout
Keep track of what foods trigger your out breaks and avoid them as much as possible. Foods that usually trigger mine are sugar, chocolate, alcohol, oats, carrots and wheat. If I have too much of those regularly I could get an out break. You should probably avoid having too much chocolate, sugar and alcohol those can commonly trigger out breaks. You can have them but in moderation.
Try to have foods that have Lysine in them or foods that will boost your immune system, if you eat healthier you can help to prevent out breaks.

Acidic foods, salty foods which will make you pee more acidic. So instead drink lots of water. I also find that when I drink alcohol I tend to break out after so I don’t drink anymore.
